Leeward Key is a highly desired, Gulf Front, 12-story condo building with stunning Gulf views and a private beach. It is one of the few Destin area properties with a pool right on the beach! The (seasonally-heated) pool has restrooms, outdoor showers, and wifi. There is an additional pool on the north side of the condo building which has outdoor gas BBQ grills. Leeward Key also has an onsite Fitness Facility, snack/DVD vending machines,  on-site bike rentals, and 2 elevators servicing its 12 floors. It is located next door to Kenny D's Beach Bar & Grill and across the street from Capt. Dave's Seafood on The Gulf

Blessed View from 703

What a condo and a monster view of the gulf and beach. We were blessed to be able to find this condo...it is the nicest one we have ever stayed in. It smelled clean when we entered the unit. It was only the two of us and we stayed busy the entire week. Can highly recommend this unit and condo complex!

Happy Wife!

This is a great unit on the 7th floor. It was clean when we arrived and Josh was able to get us in a little early. The location can't be beat. This unit was perfect for our family of 4 and the kids had a great time at the beach and enjoying the dolphin tour that we took. So much fun! We plan to return again.

Loved Sunny Money

Unit 703's renovation and decor are incredible. Someone knew what they were doing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Josh was extremely responsive to our emails and texts. The beach is beautiful and they even have two pools. Two restaurants are next door to the condo. We loved Unit 703!
