Welcome to Emerald Shores Vacation Homes of Destin Florida! This beach ownership community features 95 resort style homes in a gated setting. There is a private beach pavilion that has bathrooms, showers, covered picnic area, wagon parking and a cabana bar. The beach is professionally mangaged with the beach service providing chair and umbrella service as well as sports gear for rental. This is a great convenience when spending the day on the beach. This gated community has a tennis court, basketball and 2 pools, seasonally heated. While you vacation here, you can enjoy the comfort and relaxation of your home, the community pools or take a short walk to the beach and enjoy the sugar white sand and crystal clear water of the Gulf. 

Things to do at Emerald Shores Destin Florida

Some of the most popular attractions include paddle boarding, parasailing, deep sea fishing, snorkeling, fishing off shore, or golfing at one of the amazing nearby courses. You'll never get bored when you're here! Outside of all the fun in the sun, you'll enjoy the variety of the restaurants. So many local restaurants offer you the freshest seafood, with great service, amazing taste and awesome views. Some of them are even located right along the beach in Destin, giving you a great view of the coast while you dine. Our personal favorite is Pompano Joe's, an eatery serving Caribbean style seafood, within walking distance of Emerald Shores, and located right on the beach.

Gated Community - All of our homes are located in the highly desirable gated family community of EMERALD SHORES. We even have two entrances for even more convenience. 

Beach Pavillion - The ONLY community in Destin to have their very own private beach pavilion complete with cabana bar, restrooms, showers and beach service. A "One of a Kind" amenity!

Beach Access - A few minutes walk from any of our homes is all it takes to get to the Emerald Shores private beach access OR take the seasonally operated beach tram.

Wi Fi - All of our homes have FREE wifi as does our private beach and our main pool. Stay connected while on vacation.

Amenities - The community has two pools (seasonally heated), tennis court, basketball court, shuffle board and a volleyball court for your use while on vacation.

Extras - Each home is equipped with a propane gas grill. Two beach wagons are provided for you to cart small kids, ice chests, beach toys, beach gear, etc. Outdoor showers are located at each home for your convenience. Some of the homes are equipped with two full-size refrigerators. This is all to make you feel comfortable while on vacation!
