Villa Vanilla is a 2nd floor Gulf view corner condo unit in the highly sought after Leeward Key condominium. You can literally be at the beach in 20 seconds! This corner unit has been updated for maximum ease and decompression while at the beach. Morning coffee with beach views and Gulf breezes has never been so relaxing. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with twin vanities. Super easy access to the beach via the elevator or stairs. Just open the sliding glass doors and soak up your slice of paradise!

Leeward Key is a highly desired, 12 story condo building with stunning Gulf views and a private beach! It is one of the few Destin area properties with a pool right on the beach. Viva Villa Vanilla!

This unit hit all the marks. My husband and I love the Leeward Key location which allows us to park the car and not get back in it. We can walk next door to Kenny D's or across the street to Capt. Dave's (get there early). We love the larger size of this corner unit and with it being on the 2nd floor, we are so close to the pool and the beach. We like sitting on the balcony and watching all the folks biking and walking along the Scenic Gulf Drive pedestrian pathway (it's like 4 miles long). We had everything we needed and Josh even called us when the unit was ready and he was prompt in answering my pre-vacation questions. I highly recommend this unit.

Wonderful condo

We just returned from Destin. We stayed at Leeward Key #206. The condo is perfect- the view is amazing, it’s very clean and beach access is very easy. Josh was great to work with. He answered all of my questions within minutes. I give this condo a 5++. We will definitely stay here again
