Your family will have a great beach vacation in Destin, Florida, when staying at BIMINI BREEZE. This recently remodeled "Funky Beach Shack" themed two-story luxury vacation home is located approximately 125 yards from the beach (2-3 minute walk) and is only one house away from the neighborhood pool within the EMERALD SHORES subdivision, a gated beach ownership community! EMERALD SHORES is the only residential community in Destin that has a private beach pavilion with restrooms, outdoor showers, beach service and it's very own Cabana Cafe' & Bar! This eliminates having to go back to the home for potty breaks, or to rinse off the kids or to just get a bite to eat with a cold beverage. It's all available at the Emerald Shores beach pavilion!
The home has a spacious 2300 square feet of living area, a large front yard, and a gourmet kitchen which includes granite counters, stone back splashes and stainless appliances. Home is fully equipped with all kitchen wares and utensils for casual or gourmet dining. Your family will appreciate BIMINI BREEZE's large porches, balconies, patios, decks, gas barbecue grill and close proximity to the beach and pool. Balconies and porches are located off all bedrooms and living areas.
The home boasts three Master Bedrooms and two separate Living Rooms. This is a great set-up for three families with the bonus room upstairs providing a fun TV room and sleeping area for the kids (sleeps up to 8 kids) and is set-up as a 4th bedroom. Each bedroom has a private covered balcony or porch area and opens up to soak in our wonderful Gulf breezes. Sit out on one of the balconies or porches and read a good book or just kick back and relax while sipping on a frothy cold one. TV's are located in every room including wall mounted flat screens in the kitchen and the bonus room upstairs. A total of 6 flat screen TV's including a 51" 1080p LCD TV with surround sound in the living room downstairs, 3 Dvd's, and 2 stereos/cd. Ceiling fans are located in every area.
Balconies, porches, pools, and patios give you ample room to lounge around in a tropical paradise. The home is located on the first beach street cul-de-sac in the neighborhood and is a very short walk to the beach, to the large heated community pool, to onsite tennis or restaurants. BIMINI BREEZE has free wireless high-speed internet access (wireless 802.11g or b). Why settle for an entire week of that cramped condo feeling when you could be stretching out and enjoying all of the pleasures and domestic comforts of being in your own home while on vacation at the beach! Our first road trip to Destin was in 1987, and we instantly fell in love with the sugar‑white beaches and clear Gulf waters. What started as our quiet little getaway of beach walks and fish‑market runs eventually became a lifelong passion for sharing Destin with others. After years of traveling and renting vacation homes ourselves, we learned how important location, convenience, and a clean, well‑maintained property truly are. In 2001 we bought our first Destin property and began living “The Dream,” later moving here full‑time. As our success grew, other owners wanted to follow our model. That’s when Josh O’Brien joined us as our Gulf911 Property Manager. Our approach is simple: owners who live nearby care more. We’re small, hands‑on, and personally invested. We conduct weekly inspections, stay current with updates and upgrades, and handle repairs quickly. Betty’s Florida Real Estate license keeps us tuned into market trends.
